Just like the Chefs of Chez Panisse, Sara selects only the best the season has to offer. Autumn offers ruby pomegranates with plum tipped hydrangea, black Baccarat roses and liquid amber. Summer produces fragrant garden roses, blackberries and lavender. Winter's citrus mean Kumquats, creamy Vendela roses and early narcissus. Spring provides luscious peonies, Lily of the Valley, muscari and celadon lambs ears.
